Job summary

BraunAbility is seeking a Manager, Financial Systems & Reporting to advance our financial planning, analytics, and reporting capabilities. The role owns Planful, drives proactive data-driven insights, and partners cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, IT, and Business Transformation to deliver accurate and actionable information for decision-making.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in financial reporting/FP&A, strong Planful and Power BI experience, and a track record of building scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in financial reporting, FP&A, financial systems, BI, or analytics.
• Experience with Planful and Power BI strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Planful reporting and analytics, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Develop standardized finance reports, KPI scorecards, and executive dashboards.
• Collaborate with IT, Data & Analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable reporting solutions.
• Lead governance, accuracy, and consistency of financial reporting across the organization.
• Drive automation to reduce manual reporting and improve efficiency.
• Partner with Finance and Operations to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
