Job summary

Colgate University seeks a creative Producer for the Ho Tung Visualization Laboratory to develop digital content across curricula, including courses and research. You will create immersive visualizations, animations, and interactive modules for the planetarium and related initiatives.

You'll train in Blender, Digistar programming, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Unreal Engine, and other platforms, collaborating with a small team.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in digital media, animation, visualization, or immersive technology.
• Ability to work independently and manage creative projects.
• Willingness to learn new software and technical production skills.
• Prior experience with Blender, Adobe Creative Suite, Unreal Engine, or related tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop immersive visualizations, animations, and interactive modules for the planetarium and related educational initiatives.
• Collaborate with Vis Lab staff to produce content for Colgate courses and research.
• Train in industry-standard software tools and workflows and apply them to projects.
