Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or event experience.

• Consistent availability for scheduled dates.

Responsibilities

• Event Setup & Breakdown: Set up and take down signage, check-in tables, and merchandise displays.
• Guest Experience: Greet and check in guests, answer questions, and ensure a seamless audience experience.
• Merchandise Management: Facilitate sales, track inventory, report issues, and request assets.
• Event Oversight: Monitor event flow and resolve on-site issues.
• Communication & Reporting: Maintain timely communication with Venue Operations and venue staff.
