Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review client benefit intent and translate into testing guidance for plan testers.
• Design test strategies, plans, and scenarios to validate plan behavior.
• Provide instructions to testers on executing plan testing and confirming claims outcomes.
• Research testing issues when results diverge from expectations and determine next steps.
• Log defects with the appropriate contacts and support resolution.
• Address tester questions throughout the testing process.
• Continuously review automation opportunities to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Analyze defect trends and adjust test strategies accordingly.
