Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Analyst, Plan Testing to support Commercial plan testing by interpreting client intent and validating it through ACAS-based claims testing. The role emphasizes collaboration, precision, and leveraging ACAS and PERS/CCI to ensure accurate plan validation before claim release.

The candidate will design test strategies, guide testers, and analyze defects while pursuing testing automation improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with the ACAS platform and medical plan/claims adjudication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review client benefit intent and translate it into testing guidance for plan testers.
• Design test strategies, plans, and scenarios to validate plan behavior.
• Provide testers with instructions on executing plan testing and confirming claims outcomes.
• Research testing issues and determine next steps when results differ from expectations.
• Log defects and coordinate resolution with contacts.
• Assist plan testers and resolve questions during testing.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Analyze defect trends and adjust test strategies as needed.
