3+ years of experience with the ACAS platform and claims adjudication knowledge.
Strong organization to manage multiple tasks within timelines.

Responsibilities

Review client benefit intent and translate into testing guidance for plan testers.
Design test strategies, plans, and scenarios to validate plan behavior.
Instruct testers on plan testing procedures and expected claims outcomes.
Research testing issues and determine next steps when results differ from expectations.
Log defects and coordinate resolution with contacts.
Address questions from plan testers throughout testing.
Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and coverage.
Analyze defect trends and adjust strategies as needed.
