Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Analyst, Plan Testing to support Commercial plan testing by interpreting medical benefit designs and validating them through ACAS-based claims testing. The role requires collaboration, strong communication, and expertise in ACAS and related platforms to ensure accurate testing before claim release.

Responsibilities include designing test strategies, guiding testers, logging defects, and driving improvements in testing efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with the ACAS platform and knowledge of medical plan and claims adjudication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver within timelines.

Responsibilities

• Review client benefit intent and translate into testing guidance for plan testers.
• Design test strategies, plans, and scenarios to validate plan behavior.
• Instruct testers on how to execute plan testing and confirm expected outcomes.
• Research testing issues and determine corrective actions.
• Log defects and coordinate resolution with stakeholders.
• Answer tester questions and support testing throughout the process.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Analyze defect trends and adjust test strategies accordingly.
