The Plan Document Manager role is the senior position responsible for all aspects of the firm’s Document Service team. The position required 6+ years of experience working on DC plan documents including prior experience with one or more of the prior IRS restatement cycles (EGTRRA, PPA, Cycle 3) and includes both internal communication with team members and external communication with clients, financial advisors, and recordkeepers as well. The services we provide include the use of electronic signing through our firm’s docusign tool. Success in this role requires excellent communication, and attention to detail along with project management and scheduling skills, and you must have extensive knowledge and understanding of retirement plan administration, particularly under IRS, ERISA, and DOL guidelines. Our Document Service team works on defined contribution plans, including all types of profit sharing/401(k) plans, 403(b)and 457 plans, as well as a handful of money purchase plans. The initial 24 months (October 2026 to Sept 2028) will be focused on restatement of Cycle 3 documents onto Cycle 4 documents using the FIS/Sungard pre-approved DC Plan.
