You will bring a J.D. from an accredited law school, an active Tennessee license, and 2+ years of personal injury experience, along with strong writing and oral advocacy to represent plaintiffs effectively.

Qualificações

• Active Tennessee law license in good standing.
• 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a fast-moving docket.
• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage your own docket of motor vehicle and trucking cases.
• Prepare and file complaints, written discovery and responses, demand packages, motions, and briefs.
• Be the steady point of contact for clients from filing to resolution.
• Retain and work closely with experts, from strategy calls to reports and affidavits.
• Take and defend depositions, and handle mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
• Prepare cases for trial and try them.
