Job summary

gpac Memphis seeks an attorney to join its growing plaintiffs' personal injury practice. This is a hands-on litigation role with meaningful responsibility over active cases and a path for long-term growth on the plaintiffs' side.

The Memphis office is in-office with some hybrid flexibility and strong teamwork; Tennessee Bar admission and solid advocacy, client communication, and case management are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Personal injury, negligence, premises liability, auto accident or related civil litigation experience.
• Deposition, mediation, motion practice, and courtroom experience.
• Strong client communication and case-management skills.
• Ability to independently manage an active caseload.
• Tennessee Bar admission.

Responsibilities

• Litigate plaintiffs' personal injury matters and manage active cases.
• Collaborate with team while handling discovery, negotiations, and trial preparation.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and produce timely updates.
• Develop and implement case strategy to maximize outcomes.
• Contribute to growth of Memphis practice and mentorship of junior attorneys.

Memphis, Tennessee An established plaintiffs' personal injury firm is seeking an attorney to join its growing Memphis practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys hands-on litigation, wants meaningful responsibility over cases, and is interested in building a long-term career on the plaintiffs' side.

The Memphis office is an important anchor market for the firm, with a full-floor office conveniently located near the courthouse. The position will be primarily in-office, although some hybrid flexibility may be available.

The Firm Is Open To Attorneys With Backgrounds Including

• Plaintiffs' personal injury litigation
• Insurance defense or civil defense experience with a genuine interest in transitioning to plaintiffs' work
• Attorneys with or without an existing portable book of business
• Strong litigators who may need mentorship or support transitioning into a plaintiffs' practice

Ideal Experience
