This opportunity offers significant flexibility, including the possibility of working fully remote. The attorney must be available to attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials in person as needed in the Nashville market. Office space is also available for attorneys who prefer a professional office environment.

The Firm Is Open To Attorneys With Backgrounds Including

• Experienced plaintiffs' personal injury attorneys
• Insurance defense or civil litigation attorneys who are genuinely motivated to transition to plaintiffs' work
• Attorneys with or without portable business
• Talented attorneys who may benefit from support and resources while transitioning into a plaintiffs' practice

Ideal Experience

• Personal injury, auto accident, premises liability, negligence, or related litigation
