Job summary

gpac Memphis seeks an attorney to join its growing plaintiffs' personal injury practice. This is a hands-on litigation role with meaningful responsibility over active cases and a path for long-term growth on the plaintiffs' side.

The Memphis office is in-office with some hybrid flexibility and strong teamwork; Tennessee Bar admission and solid advocacy, client communication, and case management are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Personal injury, negligence, premises liability, auto accident or related civil litigation experience.
• Deposition, mediation, motion practice, and courtroom experience.
• Strong client communication and case-management skills.
• Ability to independently manage an active caseload.
• Tennessee Bar admission.

Responsibilities

• Litigate plaintiffs' personal injury matters and manage active cases.
• Collaborate with team while handling discovery, negotiations, and trial preparation.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and produce timely updates.
• Develop and implement case strategy to maximize outcomes.
• Contribute to growth of Memphis practice and mentorship of junior attorneys.
