Ascendo-Resources's client in Nashville, TN seeks an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their plaintiff-side practice. This attorney will primarily handle motor vehicle liability and automobile accident cases in litigation, with a focus on case management, client representation, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the Nashville Tennessee Bar.
• Ideally 3+ years of experience in Personal Injury, Auto Liability, or Motor Vehicle Accident litigation.
• Strong ability to independently manage a high-volume litigation caseload.
• Excellent written, verbal, client service, and communication skills.
• Strong legal writing, negotiation, and oral advocacy abilities.
• Self-motivated, driven, and interested in building a long-term career in plaintiff-side litigation.
