Job Overview:

A prominent law firm in Los Angeles seeks a highly skilled Plaintiff’s Employment Law Attorney to join their growing team. The firm specializes in wrongful termination cases and provides a supportive, dynamic environment for attorneys to advance their careers. This position requires a self-driven attorney with significant litigation experience, strong writing abilities, and the capacity to independently manage complex cases while collaborating with colleagues.

Duties:
  • Handle all aspects of wrongful termination and employment law cases from start to finish independently.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to strategize and execute legal plans.
  • Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial materials.
  • Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and legal proceedings.
  • Conduct legal research and draft memoranda on employment law issues.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, providing updates and responding to queries.
  • Participate in settlement negotiations and explore creative resolutions for clients.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in employment law.
  • Strong legal writing and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to manage cases independently and work collaboratively within a team.
  • Exceptional research and analytical skills.
  • Experience handling complex cases in a fast-paced environment.
Education:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
