Attorney - Property Insurance Claims (Plaintiffs)

Join Vargas Gonzalez Delombard, LLP as an Attorney specializing in Property Insurance Claims (Plaintiffs).

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in County, Circuit, and Federal Courts
• Attend depositions, mediations, and court hearings
• Prepare and draft legal pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Negotiate settlements
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
