Job summary

SACCO & FILLAS, LLP in Fort Lee, NJ is seeking a managing paralegal with 5+ years of Plaintiff's Personal Injury experience to join our growing team. You will support attorneys in all phases of litigation and draft pleadings independently.

Candidates must be proficient in organizing case files, e-filing, and obtaining medical records, with strong writing and client communication skills. Immediate hire; salary commensurate with experience; full benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ (Plaintiff's) litigation experience.
• Must be able to draft pleadings independently.
• Must know New Jersey plaintiff's personal injury litigation procedure.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including discovery, drafting Summons and Complaints and interrogatories.
• Organize and maintain case files, including indexing and e-filing documents.
• Perform data entry tasks to update case information in document management systems.
• Assist with gathering medical records to send to insurance companies and adversaries.
• Speak with clients to provide status updates.

Plaintiff's personal injury firm is seeking to hire a managing paralegal with a minimum of 5+ years of Plaintiff's Personal Injury experience to join our growing offices in Fort Lee, NJ. Excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, friendly environment to develop your paralegal skills. Applicant must have minimum 5 years’ (Plaintiff's) litigation experience.
