A Florida-based law firm is seeking an experienced Plaintiff PI Litigation Attorney to aggressively advocate for clients. The successful candidate will have extensive litigation experience and a Florida State Bar license. Responsibilities include trying several cases a year, strategizing with staff on litigation cases, and drafting legal documents. The Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with management to build an outstanding litigation team
• Drafting / reviewing pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, demands, depositions, mediations, hearings, court appearances, and trial dockets

Qualifications

• Extensive litigation experience with successful outcome
• FL State Bar license
• Knowledge of recent trends and legal changes that affect personal injury practicing procedures
• Ability to be a team player & have a desire to positively affect those around you.
