• Represent employees in wage and hour, PAGA, discrimination, retaliation, and class action matters.
• Manage written discovery, depositions, court appearances, and arbitrations; draft briefs and motions.
• Collaborate with litigation team while maintaining autonomy over caseload and strategy.
