Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience handling wage-and-hour class actions and PAGA representative actions.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and experience managing junior team members.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in prosecuting wage-and-hour and PAGA actions from inception through settlement or trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Prepare for and take depositions, including defending depositions.
• Independently handle court appearances and tactical litigation tasks.
• Support the Team Leader/Partner in advancing complex employment litigation matters.
