Job summary

Entrust Community Services in Moses Lake, WA is seeking a Placement Specialist to manage IPPs, conduct intake, assess participants, set goals, and coordinate job training and coaching to help individuals achieve employment.

You will also develop and maintain employer and business accounts, advocate for participants, ensure compliance with laws, and document services to support transitions to natural workplace supports.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Undergrad degree preferred in business, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years sales or marketing experience.
• 1 year human services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake, assessments, and IPP development aligned with participant goals.
• Facilitate ISP/IPP meetings and coordinate with families, funding agencies, and providers.
• Perform reassessments and maintain accurate documentation of IPPs and service hours.
