BGE, Inc. in Frisco or Fort Worth is seeking a PLA Project Manager to guide planning and landscape architecture from concept and entitlements through design, permitting and construction administration.

This role suits someone who enjoys leading projects, working directly with clients and municipalities, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating across disciplines to create practical, thoughtful design solutions that meet client goals and code requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in landscape architecture, urban planning, or related field from an accredited university.
• 6+ years of professional landscape architecture, planning/design, or related project experience.
• Project management experience with budgets, schedules, and client coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and landscape architecture projects from concept through design development and construction administration.
• Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and internal teams to develop practical design solutions.
• Prepare site plans, planting plans, hardscape plans, and cost estimates.
• Mentor junior planning and landscape architecture staff and ensure quality control.
