Job summary

FLOWCO PRODUCTIONS LLC in Carlsbad, NM is seeking an Assistant Inventory Coordinator to support the inventory team with shop duties, stocking, labeling and record-keeping.

The role is part-time, requires a High School Diploma, ability to lift 50lbs, and forklift certification. You will work collaboratively with others and independently, maintaining accuracy and a sense of urgency in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with equipment from manufacturing.
• Learn nomenclature for equipment and distinguish between.
• Maintain housekeeping responsibilities.
• Maintain accurate records and equipment quantities.
• Document aged & damaged products.
• Ensure labeling requirements are met in a timely manner.
• Assist supervision/management as needed.
• Perform warehouse work as needed.
• Identify and record issues relating to product, processes and/or quality.

We are seeking an Assistant Inventory Coordinator to become an integral part of our team!

This position is located in MIDLAND, TEXAS.

JOB DESCRIPTION

To assisting the inventory coordinator and manager with shop responsibilities/tasks

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Stock shelves with equipment from manufacturing
• Learn and understand nomenclature for equipment and distinguish between
• Maintain housekeeping responsibilities
• Maintain accurate records and equipment quantities
• Documenting and controlling aged & damaged products
• Ensuring all labeling requirements are met in a timely manner
• Assist supervision/management as needed
• Perform warehouse work as needed
• Identify and record any issues relating to product, processes and/or quality

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a High School Diploma
• Must pass drug screen
• Able to work part time and have great attendance
• Must be mechanically inclined
• Must be able to work alone and with others
• Must be self-motivated
• Must be organized and have high level or organization skills
• Must have a courteous, positive attitude and work well with others
• Good listening and strong communication skills
• Work with a sense of urgency and be adaptable to change
• Must be able to lift 50lbs as a part of the job function
• Must be able to pass a forklift certification test and drive a forklift daily if needed
