Job summary

Flowco is seeking an Assistant Inventory Coordinator to support the inventory team in Carlsbad, NM. The role involves stock control, labeling, housekeeping, and record-keeping for equipment and materials.

The candidate should be organized, reliable, and able to work independently or with others, with forklift experience and the ability to lift 50 lbs. A drug screen is required, and part-time/attendance readiness is expected.

• Must pass drug screen.
• Able to work part time and have great attendance.
• Must be mechanically inclined.
• Must be able to work alone and with others.
• Must be self-motivated.
• Must be organized and have high level of organization skills.
• Must have a courteous, positive attitude and work well with others.
• Good listening and strong communication skills.
• Work with a sense of urgency and be adaptable to change.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs as a part of the job function.
• Must be able to pass forklift certification test and drive a forklift daily if needed.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with equipment from manufacturing.
• Learn and understand nomenclature for equipment and distinguish between.
• Maintain housekeeping responsibilities.
• Maintain accurate records and equipment quantities.
• Documenting and controlling aged & damaged products.
• Ensuring all labeling requirements are met in a timely manner.
• Assist supervision/management as needed.
• Perform warehouse work as needed.
• Identify and record any issues relating to product, processes and/or quality.
