Qualifications

• Attention to detail when reviewing IT-related work for accuracy, completeness, and consistency with standards.
• Customer service experience maintaining relationships with customers and tailoring IT products/services to needs.
• Oral communication skills to briefing mid-level management and IT staff on status of systems and operations.
• Strong problem solving by gathering information from multiple sources to address IT issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice and hands-on PKI-related systems planning, implementation, operation, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Develop standards and procedures for PKI audit inspections.
• Provide token processes, reports, and information for PKI audits and inspections.
• Manage domain accounts in Active Directory while enforcing security practices and delivering customer service.
