Vanguard University seeks a Program Coordinator to support the School of Education's PK-3 Credential and ECE programs. You will work under the Chair of ECE and the Assistant Director of Graduate Education to ensure smooth operations and outstanding student service.
Responsibilities include accreditation submissions, admissions coordination, student advising, budgeting, curriculum support, and maintaining program websites and handbooks.
The Program Coordinator serves a vital role in advancing Vanguard University's mission by supporting the School of Education's commitment to preparing Christ-centered educators who will positively impact schools, communities, and future generations. Reporting to the Chair of Early Childhood Education and working closely with the Assistant Director of the Graduate Program in Education, the Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative, operational, and student support that contributes to the successful delivery of the Early Childhood Education (ECE) and PK-3 Credential programs. This position collaborates closely with faculty, the Credential Analyst/Student Teacher Coordinator, and university partners to promote student success, maintain program excellence, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Through exceptional service, organization, and collaboration, the Program Coordinator helps foster a supportive learning environment that reflects the University's values of academic excellence, Christian faith, and servant leadership.
This is a non-exempt, full-time, benefit-eligible position. Expected Pay Range: $28.00 - $29.50 per hour Placement within the salary range is commensurate upon education and experience. Posted salary range reflects anticipated hiring scale for the position. Vanguard University also offers a very competitive and generous benefits package.
