Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a PK Scheduler to join the Metabolism team in Madison, WI. The role focuses on scheduling for PK studies across Animal Operations, ensuring optimal use of rooms, staff and equipment.

You will interact with Metabolism groups, interpret study designs, and balance workloads while proactively solving scheduling conflicts and maintaining up-to-date metrics and inventories.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in chemistry, biology, or related life science required.
• 4+ years of experience working within a laboratory setting required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates scheduling with Metabolism groups and individuals.
• Interprets PK study designs for scheduling requirements.
• Assesses workload, staffing resources, and feasibility for studies.
• Responds to scheduling requests for all species across groups.
• Collaborates with Animal Operations, Resource Management and Business Operations to maximize study starts.
• Manages scheduling change requests and tracks timelines.

Education

Associate's degree in chemistry, biology, or related life science
