Job summary

AMERICAN SYSTEMS seeks a dynamic Program Manager for a critical Joint program at the Pentagon. You will be the primary ASC POC and lead a technical team, directing program cost, schedule, and performance while coordinating with government leads and ASC management to ensure success.

You will oversee contract performance, financials, risk management, and reporting, striving for timely MSRs and effective resource utilization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical or management discipline.
• 15+ years total experience with 10+ years managing complex DoW projects.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and US citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the program’s cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Manage large teams and coordinate contract performance and reporting.
• Develop and maintain MSR and communicate issues clearly to stakeholders.
• Identify risks, procure resources, and drive process improvements.
