Ongoing need to fill positions for:

  1. Fry/Grill Cooks
  2. Sub Makers
  3. Pizza Makers
  4. Cashiers

For each position we require potential candidates to adhere to food safety guidelines, maintaining clean work stations, maintaining sanitary conditions and preventing cross contaminants.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare customer orders
  2. Communicate with staff and foster a positive work culture
  3. Ensure all orders are made in a timely manner
  4. Prepare and stock respective work stations (based upon interest of position)
  5. Maintain clean and organized work stations

Position Details:

Fry/Grill Cooks - Starting $16.00/hr

  1. Responsible for operating the grill and fryer, cooking and preparing a variety of grilled and fried entrees and appetizers
  2. Safely operate the grill and fryer
  3. Communicate with fellow staff regarding orders and serving customers
  4. Ensure food quality is consistent and delicious
  5. Must be able to multitask
  6. Ensure station is stocked
  7. Filter fryers daily (end of night)
  8. Clean grill daily (end of night)
  9. Clean and rotate station daily (end of night)
  10. Must wear gloves when preparing orders
  11. Effectively open and close grill/fryers at the start and end of shift

Sub Makers - Starting $16.00/hr

  1. Responsible for preparation and serving of subs, salads, and pastas
  2. Safely operate and prepare food while using knives and hot equipment
  3. Communicate effectively with fellow staff regarding food preparation
  4. Maintain a quick workflow, able to multitask
  5. Stocking station
  6. Clean and rotate station daily (end of night)
  7. Must wear gloves when preparing orders
  8. Wrap units within station (end of night)
  9. Ability to answer phones and take customer orders if required

Pizza Makers - Starting $16.00/hr

  1. Responsible for making customer orders accordingly
  2. Safely operate the pizza oven and maintain attention to the quality of pizzas
  3. Stocking station along with pizzas within the cooler
  4. Making fresh pizza sauce from scratch
  5. Must wear gloves when preparing food
  6. Clean and rotate station daily (end of night)
  7. Effectively open and close ovens at the start and end of shift
  8. Ability to answer phones and take customer orders if required

Cashiers - Starting $15.00/hr

  1. Responsible for monetary transactions between store and customer
  2. Ensure all monetary transactions are valid
  3. Able to multitask and assist fellow kitchen staff with respective duties
  4. Must answer phones
  5. Good interpersonal skills required
  6. Maintain respect and courtesy towards customers
  7. Serve meals to customers
  8. Stock dressings for kitchen staff

Qualifications:

  1. At least one year in food service industry or related field (preferred)
  2. At least one year in pizzeria setting (preferred)
  3. Must be 18+
  4. Required to be sanitary and maintain personal hygiene
