Job summary

Central Mississippi Pizza (CMS) in Madison, MS is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, serve customers, and drive store performance. You will support the General Manager, train team members, uphold brand standards, and ensure safety and quality while leveraging the latest in pizza industry technology.

This hourly, full-time role offers bonus opportunities and growth through CMS Welcome to Management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Pass CMS Welcome to Management Courses.
• Strong communication, and verbal skills.
• Outgoing with a positive, upbeat attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Food Safety Certified as required by area.

Responsibilities

• Run shifts and supervise the Team to meet store goals.
• Uphold and represent the brand image.
• Meet CMS service goals and maintain safety standards.
• Train and coach Team Members.
• Operate store equipment including ovens and other devices.
• Schedule labor, attendance and keep punctuality.
• Provide a fun, positive environment for customers and Team Members.
