Job summary

Central Mississippi Pizza (CMS) is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, deliver great customer service, and help reach store goals. You will assist the General Manager, train Team Members, and stay current with Pizza College courses and required training.

Expect to manage labor, inventory, and operations while maintaining safety standards. This role offers 40+ hours weekly, with opportunities to advance within CMS’s growing network of stores.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Pass CMS Welcome to Management Courses.
• Strong communication and verbal skills.
• Outgoing with a positive, upbeat attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Food Safety Certified as required by area.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and represent a rock-solid brand image.
• Manage the store and Team with high-volume mentality.
• Meet CMS service goals.
• Learn organizational and inventory skills.
• Train and coach Team to achieve product, service, image results.
• Lead Team on shift and ensure safety standards.
• Oversee scheduling, labor, attendance and punctuality.
• Operate all store equipment, including oven-tending.
• Provide a fun, happy environment for customers and Team Members.
