Job summary

Central Mississippi Pizza (CMS) is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, serve customers, and support the General Manager in daily operations. You will model CMS values, ensure brand integrity, and train Team Members while embracing Pizza College training to stay current with policy and procedure.

You will manage labor, schedule, and performance goals, while delivering great guest experiences and upholding safety standards on every shift.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass CMS Welcome to Management Courses.
• Strong communication and verbal skills.
• Outgoing with a positive, upbeat attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Food Safety Certified as required by area.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and represent the CMS brand image.
• Manage the store and team with a high-volume mentality.
• Meet CMS service goals and maintain safety standards.
• Train and coach team to achieve product, service, and image results.
• Lead team members on shift and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Schedule, manage labor, attendance, and punctuality.
• Operate all store equipment, including oven-tending.
• Drive store goals and maintain cleanliness per health standards.
• Work 40+ hours per week and maintain a positive work environment.
