North Star Pizza is an expanding franchise with 27 locations and strong growth potential. We are seeking a Store General Manager to lead daily operations, drive service excellence, and manage profitability across the store.

You will supervise staff, monitor inventory, ensure food safety, control costs, and deliver a high quality guest experience while upholding brand standards and fostering team development.

Qualifications

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal and written communication to take and process orders.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and staff to ensure smooth service.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers.
• Ensure accuracy of cash handling and transactions.
