Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5–7 years of general management experience in a similar industry.
• Strong leadership with ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L experience.
• Data-driven decision making and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in operations management and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team through hiring, training, and performance management.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and community partners.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all areas of the business.
• Report on KPIs and provide regular updates to senior management.
