Domino's Pizza is seeking a dedicated Store General Manager to lead a fast-paced team and uphold company standards. You will oversee all shift activities, control costs, manage inventory and cash, and maintain exceptional customer relations.

Responsibilities include staffing, paperwork, cost controls, food management, scheduling, and store appearance. Growth opportunities exist from crew to management and beyond within a franchise network.

Qualifications

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, image adherence, customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing and profitability.
• Advancement: opportunities from delivery driver to manager and franchise ownership.
