Job summary

Marco's Pizza is seeking a General Manager to lead daily store operations, supervise team members, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will drive excellence across processes, safety, and service, aligning with Marco’s standards and EBITDA growth targets.

The role requires at least 1 year of GM experience in a restaurant, a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant general management experience with demonstrable success
• Must possess High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 10 hours)
• Ability to lift minimum 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations including supervision of store team members, taking, preparing and delivering guest orders, and equipment/ facilities maintenance.
• Implement, maintain, and adjust processes to achieve operational excellence in Marco’s 10 Operating Systems.
• Ensure food safety practices compliant with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Set and strive to meet weekly sales goals, service times, and guest experience targets.
• Review store Profit & Loss statements and drive EBITDA growth measures.
• Maintain accurate data in core systems including Point of Sale, Inventory IQ, Marco’s University Online, and personnel data.
• Recruit and interview applicants to hire top fit candidates.
• Train and coach team members on Marco’s procedures for consistent quality and 5-Star guest experiences.
• Lead and model Marco’s culture to create an employer of choice experience for staff.
