RPM Pizza in New Iberia is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to greet customers, take orders, and create a friendly, efficient experience. You will uphold brand standards and help maintain a clean, organized store while delivering accurate orders in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, teamwork, and a positive attitude, with opportunities for training and growth within the RPM Pizza College and store team.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (work permit required in some locations).
• Willingness to learn and participate in required training programs.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.

As an RPM Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are the first and sometimes only point of contact for our customers. You play a key role in creating smiles by making lives easier through excellent service, professionalism, and a positive attitude. You represent the Domino’s brand and help create a welcoming experience for every Customer.
