Job summary

Domino’s Pizza in the Washington DC metropolitan area is seeking a dynamic store associate to assist with daily oversight, guest service, and operations. You will help ensure orders are fulfilled per brand standards and support a positive, productive team environment on shift.

You will participate in scheduling, training, and maintaining cleanliness and food quality, while handling cash and coordinating deliveries to support store goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as needed in interactions with management, and customers.
• Ability to lead and supervise a team on assigned shifts.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience using POS systems and handling cash accurately.

Responsibilities

• Oversees store operations in the absence of the General Manager.
• Ensures customers feel welcome and that staff are responsive, courteous, and service-oriented.
• Monitors food/product preparation and presentation to meet brand standards.
• Assists in opening, closing, and preparation tasks.
• Manages staff during shifts and coordinates deliveries to ensure timely service.
• Supports sales, service and sanitation objectives through staff training and positive supervision.
• Handles cash and reconciliation procedures.
• Fills in where needed to maintain service levels and efficient operations.
• Assists in scheduling labor based on anticipated activity and labor cost targets.
• Maintains knowledge of human resources policies and procedures.
• Provides feedback and recommendations to General and Regional Managers.
• Maintains professional knowledge by attending workshops and reviewing industry publications.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
