• Greet customers and process orders promptly and accurately.
• Upsell additional products and promote specials.
• Oversee cash handling, balance registers and cash reports.
• Assist with inventory, prep, and food safety compliance.
• Coordinate scheduling and cross-train team members as needed.
• Prepare pizzas and menu items according to order slips.
• Keep workstation clean, organized and stocked.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
