Job summary

Domino's is hiring a General Manager in Everett, WA. You will oversee all restaurant operations, set schedules, manage inventory and costs, and ensure excellent customer relations while leading a team to meet company standards.

This full-time role offers a competitive pay range of $23.00-$25.00 per hour plus a production bonus of $400-$2,000, plus benefits and employee discounts. Previous restaurant management is preferred; weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Preferred 1 year of restaurant management experience.
• Must be able to work weekend nights.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for everything that happens in your restaurant, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• You will be in charge of making schedules, ordering products, training team members and hiring.
• A profit share bonus is awarded to GMs based on controlling costs within goals.
