SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Birmingham, AL location. You will greet customers, answer phones, take orders with a smile, operate the cash register, collect payment, and ensure fast, friendly service in line with Domino’s guidelines.

We value a fun, friendly personality, punctuality, and teamwork; must be at least 16 years old and able to pass a criminal background check. High school diploma or GED and 2–3 years of customer service help.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 2-3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and use MS Office.
