Job summary

Domino's Birmingham store is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet customers, take orders, and ensure fast, friendly service in a busy environment.

You will operate the register, handle payments, prepare consistent products, keep the area clean, and maintain a professional appearance per grooming standards. Must be at least 16, pass a background check, and work well in a team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software desired.
• 1-2 years bookkeeping or general accounting experience preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities:

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives with hustle, personality and people skills. Customer Service Representatives are responsible for greeting customers, answering phones, providing outstanding customer service.

Your job responsibilities would include (but are not limited to):

Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile!
Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers.
Making consistent products within Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment from our customer’s viewpoint.
Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance within the Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
