Job summary

Mohegan Sun is seeking a kitchen team member to prepare food for service, set up the cooking line, and work at designated stations to fill customer orders.

You will follow all recipes and established standards, maintain clean and sanitary work areas, and assist guests with friendly, efficient service across multiple stations and shifts.

The role requires standing for the shift and lifting up to forty pounds, with a flexible schedule in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Two-years Food & Beverage experience in a high volume hospitality operation.
• Basic knowledge of the safe and efficient operation of kitchen equipment.
• Able to effectively communicate with guests and co-workers.
• Able to stand during entire shift and lift up to forty pounds.
• Able to work various shifts and flexible hours.

Job Duties

Must follow all written and established recipes and prepare food according to established standards. Responsible to maintain clean and sanitary work areas, and to clean food prep areas after meal period. Must be able to work several stations in a kitchen environment. Performs other related duties as assigned. Promotes superior guest service.
