Mohegan Tribe is hiring cooks to join a fast-paced, guest-focused kitchen where every shift matters. Starting at $15/hour, full-time and part-time roles are available, with opportunities to learn, grow, and move up in a team that supports your craft.

You’ll prepare high-quality food, follow recipes, work efficiently in high-volume service, keep stations clean, and collaborate with teammates to deliver great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of food & beverage experience in a high-volume kitchen (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and safe food handling practices.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare high-quality food for service and set up your cooking station for success

• Collaborate with teammates to deliver great guest experiences

What We’re Looking For

• 1 to 2 years of food & beverage experience in a high-volume kitchen (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and safe food handling practices
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to stand for entire shift and lift up to 40 lbs
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
