Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Silver Spring is seeking a team member to support daily operations and ensure high customer satisfaction. You will assist the Manager on Duty, greet customers, take orders and help with front and back-of-house tasks to maintain a fast, clean, and friendly dining environment.

Responsibilities include cash handling, POS usage, and adherence to food safety standards. You will collaborate with the team to deliver consistent service and participate in ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership support to the Manager on Duty.
• Maintains high standards of customer service during high-volume operations.
• Greets customers and takes orders professionally and promptly.
• Oversees cash handling, daily reports and POS operations.
• Assists management with inventory control and stock ordering.
• Ensures food quality, cleanliness and sanitation meet standards.
• Cross-trains and coordinates scheduling with team members.
• Resolves complaints promptly and professionally.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
