Team Washington, Inc., a Domino’s Pizza franchise serving the Washington DC metro area, is seeking a motivated team member to assist in daily operations. You will support the Manager on Duty, maintain service standards, take orders, upsell, and supervise front and back of house tasks to ensure quality and speed.

Responsibilities include cash handling, POS operation, training new staff, inventory checks, and ensuring food safety.

Formación

• Ability to pass applicable Company background checks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills when interacting with management and customers; take and process orders.
• Strong multi-tasking ability for a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen; take orders over the counter or by phone.

Responsabilidades

• Provides leadership support to the Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Maintains high standards of customer service during high-volume operations.
• Greets customers in person or via phone and processes orders professionally and promptly.
• Upsell additional products to customers.
• Supervises shift activities and communicates daily assignments.
• Oversees cash handling, counts down registers and processes daily reports.
