MOD Pizza is hiring a Crew Member in Texas. You will make pizzas, prepare salads, and deliver the MOD experience to guests in a fast, friendly, and welcoming environment. You’ll work as part of a team, stay organized, and keep the dining area clean and inviting.

No prior experience required; you must be willing to learn, show up on time, and follow MOD standards. You need to be at least 16 years old, authorized to work in the United States, and able to obtain a food safety certification within

Qualifications

• No experience required; willingness and ability to learn.
• Must be 16 years old or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must obtain a food safety certification within 30 days of start date, or as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Make pizzas, salads and other menu items following MOD standards to ensure the best finished product.
• Prepare, cook, package guest orders with timely, quality, and consistent execution.
• Follow all food safety prep and storage standards as defined by MOD resources and training.
• Keep the store clean, organized, welcoming and ready to deliver the best guest experience.
• Show up on time in MOD dress code and deliver an excellent MOD experience to guests and teammates.
• Demonstrate hospitality by being friendly, accurate and fast on every shift.
• Follow instructions and welcome coaching from restaurant leadership.
• Share knowledge to support team, restaurant and squad success.
• Engage with guests to build relationships and provide a positive dining experience.
• Maintain quality standards during busy periods and work as a united squad.
