Job summary

MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. is seeking Crew Members in Texas to deliver the MOD Pizza experience with speed and hospitality. You will prepare pizzas and salads, follow MOD standards, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, welcoming environment.

No experience is required, but you must be willing to learn, stay punctual, and obtain a food safety certification within 30 days of start. This on-site role offers benefits and a fun team culture while serving guests across the MOD brand.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• You must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must obtain a food safety certification within 30 days of start date or as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Make pizzas, salads and other menu offerings adhering to MOD standards to ensure the best possible finished product.
• Prepare, cook, and package guest orders ensuring timely, quality, and consistent execution every time.
• Follow all food safety prep and storage standards/procedures as they are defined in MOD operations resources and training.
• Use the tools provided to ensure the store looks clean, organized, welcoming and ready to deliver the best guest experience.
• Show up to work on time, in MOD dress code, and ready to deliver an excellent and memorable MOD experience to all guests, vendors, and fellow Crew Members.
• Demonstrate the fundamentals of hospitality (friendly, accurate and fast) on every shift.
• Follow instructions and welcome coaching and direction from all restaurant leaders.
• Share your knowledge with others to support the success of the team, your restaurant and fellow squad.
• Take care of your guests and get to know them by welcoming and engaging in conversation when they are in the restaurants.
• Maintain a mindset of serving others and ensure quality standards are upheld during busy shifts.
• Work closely and have fun together to create the MOD experience for your squad and your guests
