MOD Pizza is hiring at the Kirkland area in Washington. As a Crew Member you will craft pizzas and salads, ensure fast, friendly service and deliver a memorable MOD experience in a lively store environment.

You will follow MOD standards, maintain cleanliness, and engage guests with hospitality. No experience is required; you can grow with us, with opportunities across locations and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• No experience required; willingness to learn and contribute.
• Able to follow processes and instructions consistently.
• Demonstrated punctuality and reliable attendance.
• Interest in growing with MOD and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Make pizzas, salads and menu items to MOD standards.
• Prepare, cook, and package orders with timely, quality execution.
• Follow all food safety prep and storage standards and procedures.
• Keep the store clean, organized, welcoming and ready for guests.
• Be on time, in MOD dress code, and provide excellent guest experience.
• Show hospitality: be friendly, fast and accurate with guests and colleagues.
• Follow guidance from restaurant leaders and take coaching well.
• Share knowledge with teammates to support store success.
• Engage with guests, welcome conversations and build rapport.
• Maintain service mindset during busy shifts; contribute to MOD experience.
