MOD Pizza is hiring a Restaurant Crew Member in Seattle. You will prepare and serve pizzas and salads, delivering fast, friendly service in a welcoming MOD environment.

No prior experience is required; you must be at least 16 and authorized to work in the United States. You’ll earn $21.30 per hour plus tips, with eligibility for health, dental, and vision insurance, paid sick time, a 401(k), free meals, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• No experience required; willingness and ability to follow processes and instructions.
• Must be at least 16 years old; some locations may have age restrictions.
• Authorized to work in the United States; able to obtain food safety certification within 30 days if required.

Responsibilities

• Make pizzas, salads, and other menu items following MOD standards to ensure quality.
• Prepare, cook, and package guest orders with timely, accurate execution.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization to present a welcoming store.
• Show up on time in MOD dress code and deliver an excellent guest experience.
• Demonstrate hospitality and take direction from restaurant leaders.
• Share knowledge to support team, store, and guests.
• Engage with guests to welcome and converse during visits.
• Uphold quality standards during busy shifts and work with teammates for a great MOD experience.
