Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a General Production Worker for the Princeton, MN area. This first-shift role runs four 10-hour days from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, supporting end-to-end pizza production.

You will rotate through multiple positions, handling ingredients, assembly, and packaging while upholding food safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include line tasks, quality checks, equipment operation, and maintaining an organized work area.

Qualifications

• Experience in food production, manufacturing, or related environments.
• Experience in general production work or labors.
• Ability to assemble food, add ingredients, and follow instructions.
• Experience with quality checking or inspection in food handling or production.
• Familiarity with food safety and handling practices.
• Comfort using basic hand tools and packaging machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and consistent product quality.
• Willingness to work four 10-hour days on 1st shift (7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.).
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks on the food production line, including prep, grating cheese, and ingredient prep.
• Assemble food according to production specifications.
• Rotate through production positions to learn and support each stage of pizza manufacturing.
• Inspect products for quality and food safety compliance.
• Operate basic production and packaging equipment and use hand tools safely.
• Follow food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Package finished products with accurate labeling and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet production goals and maintain flow.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines.
